What is The Success Season?

The Success Season is PLAN4SUCCESS’s guided growth and leadership experience. Discover your strengths, take care of yourself, build meaningful connections, and turn your goals into action—with a village cheering you on.

This is the private web app for registered members. Each monthly Mission brings a film, your group’s reflection questions and a real-world action. Your journey area keeps your activities, meetings and events in one place.

Our Success Season mission

The mission of The Success Season™ is to equip young people with the self-awareness, practical skills, supportive relationships and access needed to navigate systems, pursue opportunities and confidently make their next move in college, career and community leadership.

One game plan, every month

How every Mission works

Every Success Season™ Mission follows the same game plan. Participants begin by learning the concept, reflect on how it connects to their lives, build a practical tool and use it through a real-world action. They finish by evaluating their progress, identifying needed support and choosing what they will do next.

Your first steps, in order

    Sign the agreement

    Read and sign the participant agreement.

  2. 2

    Create your account

    Use your email and choose your own password. Confirm your email when prompted.

  3. 3

    Enter your group code

    Use the code from your registration. Teens and college students choose their class year.

  4. 4

    Watch your Mission

    Start with the narrated film for your monthly Mission.

  5. 5

    Complete your Scouting Report

    Answer your group's questions and reflect on your next move.

  6. 6

    Get in the Game

    Complete the actions for your group. Students build their résumé, LinkedIn and Rookie Card.

  7. 7

    Check in and celebrate

    Submit your check-in, then return to My Season for meetings and your next Mission.

Alumni follow their Legends intake, calendar and impact activities instead.
